I AM is a home created by Maggie Moor, psychotherapist, wellness mentor, and author of the book “I AM: Your Guide to Mind and Body Union for Total Awareness.” I AM the book is a blend of Eastern Spirituality and Western Brain Science that will teach you how to calm anxiety and develop mind, body unity.
