Maggie Moor | Trauma Therapy, RHY Mentoring, I AM Circle, Books
Maggie Moor’s hub for adult trauma therapy, RHY partnerships (songwriting groups), the I AM Circle, and books on healing.
Maggie Moor is a New York–licensed psychoanalyst, author of I AM: Your Guide to Mind & Body Union for Total Awareness, and an ASCAP singer‑songwriter. She partners with NYC nonprofits to offer trauma‑informed mentoring for runaway and homeless youth, and has led women’s groups at Rikers Island and sliding‑scale outreach with The Treatment Service.
During COVID she hosted the daily I AM Circle to support calm, emotional awareness, and connection. Her East–West approach blends grounding, brief calm practices, and songwriting for healing.
She is also the author of Skinless, a novel of trauma and healing for mature readers (Second Edition, 2025). A portion of book proceeds supports youth homeless centers. Join the I AM Circle for updates on upcoming outreach.
