Maggie Moor is a national-level NPC athlete, wellness guide, and author devoted to mind–body transformation. Known for her luminous stage presence and grounded spiritual practice, she brings together mental focus, meditation, breathwork, intelligent nutrition, and disciplined training into one powerful athletic form.
As the author of I AM: Your Guide to Mind and Body Union, Maggie shares the inner practices behind her outer results—offering readers a path to align thought, breath, body, and light. Her work centers on harnessing inner clarity and presence to create sustainable change in health, wellness, and daily life.

Athletic Background & Wellness Focus
Maggie has competed with the National Physique Committee since 2014, stepping on stage up to three times a year in both Figure and Bikini divisions. In 2016, she earned national-level rankings in both categories and continued to compete at the NPC national level through 2023.
She began her competitive career training in performance and posing with Doug Dolphin, then progressed to working with renowned coach Kim Oddo. Under their guidance, Maggie engaged in year-round competition prep that integrated nutrition, building and cutting phases, physique refinement, posing, and final stage preparation.
Under Oddo’s coaching, she placed in the top 3 nationally in Figure and Bikini more than six times, top 5 ten times, and top 2 twice, including:
• 2015 NPC Team Universe – Figure Division: 2nd Place
• 2019 NPC Masters Nationals – Bikini Division: 2nd Place
Today, Maggie continues to train at a highly competitive level, with a strong emphasis on nutritional wellness, long-term physique maintenance, cardiovascular health, and sustainable energy. Her stage journey is an expression of her deeper philosophy: that true peak performance is born from inner alignment.
